Return/Exchange Policy for Online Orders:

  • Return/Exchange Window: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and free of makeup, deodorant, or perfume. Please ensure the item is in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Shoes: Must be returned in the original, undamaged shoe box.
  • Damaged Items: If an item is damaged, select “Damage” as the reason for return through our return center to receive a prepaid return label.

Please Note:

  • Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, excluding original shipping charges.
  • If an item is not eligible for return, or is received damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item to you.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Start Your Return:

    • Click here to initiate your return.
    • You’ll need your order number and shipping zip code, or the email address associated with your purchase.
    • After completing the return process, you’ll receive a prepaid return label via email.
  2. Return Shipping Cost:

    • Return labels are $7.00 and will be deducted from your refund.
    • There is no label charge for exchange orders or for returning damaged/defective items.

Exchanges:

  • How to Exchange:
    • Follow the same return steps above.
    • Select the same item in a different size or color, or choose a new item by selecting “Find Something New.”

Packaging for Returns:

  • Packaging:
    • You do not need to return items in the original packaging. Please use appropriate packaging that will protect the merchandise from damage in transit.
    • If we receive items that are damaged due to poor packaging, we will reach out to you.

Order Slips:

  • You will receive a packing slip with your order.
  • Please print and include the packing slip with the item(s) being returned.

Shipping Label:

  • Your return shipping label will be sent to your email after initiating the return process.

What If I Receive the Wrong Product?

  • If you receive the wrong item, start a return and select "Received Wrong Item" as the reason for return. Follow the steps to return the incorrect item, and we’ll quickly ship the correct item to you.

How to Return or Exchange a Gift:

  1. Start a Return for a Gift:
    • Visit our RETURN CENTER and click “Returning a Gift?”
    • Enter the order number and your email address (the gift-giver will not be notified).

In-Store Return/Exchange Policy:

  • Eligibility:
    • In-store returns or exchanges are accepted within 10 days of purchase.
    • Item(s) must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags intact.
    • Shoes must be returned in the original undamaged shoe box.
  • Exclusions:
    The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
    • Art, Bath & Body items, Beauty items, Books, Furniture, Jewelry, Gift Cards, Final Sale / Clearance items
    • Special/Custom orders and DS (Drop-Ship) items
  • Location:
    • Apparel items must be returned at the Apparel Store.
    • Home items must be returned at the Home Store.
